SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Shipping is done through personal delivery or through a postal service. For all customers in the San Jose area, shipping is free, regardless of method. Customers outside of the San Jose may have an additional shipping charge of no more than $50 (depending on the size, fragility, and packaging of the desktop) attached to their invoice.

 

The shipping fee will be separate and clearly labeled in the invoice.

Return & Exchange Policy

All computers are backed with a 90 DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty. This is to protect customers from malfunction that may be the result of improper handling of the desktop (from the postal service). This DOA guarantee does not project against accidental or intentional damage from the customer. Accepted warranties will be handled on a case by case basis.

Covered Example: Plugging in the computer and it not turning on, obvious physical damage to the desktop during shipping, water cooling leakage.

Not Covered: Accidentally denting the desktop during moving, spilling water into the system accidentally, physical modifications to the case or components.

Painting your case immediately voids the DOA warranty.
